inks & Auxiliaries
Visprox inks UR3500 & UR2500 have been certified by Eco Passport & Oeko tex. These variants of inks are only Padprint inks that have cleared ZDHC Level 3 tests till date.
Salient features of our Inks & Auxiliaries:
- Our extra opaque series inks are high in opacity compared to any other ink in the market today. They fulfill all ranges of RSL compliance.
- A separate Pantone ink mixing tool would be provided along with the inks for any Pantone reference.
- We provide separate cleaners for cleaning ink cups & clichés. This makes it cost effective.
- High durability and resistance against iron and washing processes.
- Our ink hardener ratio stand to 10:1
- We provide 100grams tubes in the hardner pack that protects against moisture and temperature, thus increasing the shelf life of the hardener unlike other hardeners in the market.
- We provide two varieties of thinners i.e. slow and medium, which can be used according to the change in our climatic conditions.
- Special Retarders are available for detailed and sharp designs which are used for achieving maximum results.
Pads, Rings & clichés
- We supply anti-static pads that have maximum pickup/release. This helps in reducing the pad clean process and increase the earned minutes and quality.
- PADPRINTER® pads are highly elastic and durable comparatively. (Min 50000pcs)
- Stable high hardness pads (10-15 shores)
- PADPRINTER® pads maximum avoid any pinhole, hairline & ghost shadow problems. • Either of Ceramic & Tungsten steel rings could be used in the Inkcups.
- Rings are easy to dismantle & fix in Inkcups. This eliminates the inkdried particles in Inkcup increasing the life of rings & Inkcups.
- Our Pads, Rings & Inkcups are cost effective, high in quality and durabilty.
- Photo polymer plates are provided for sharp & detailed designs to achieve maximum clarity.
- Both thick and thin steel plates are available according to the customer’s requirements.
- Installation of Cliché making provisions in house is provided.
Training Programs offered:
- Period on sight training programs to staff, operators and others: Helping them out to work for bulk padprint productions & samples. Also to get the maximum output.
- Usage of Chemicals, Machine operations, Precautionary methods, documents what we follow against production, quality, safety & legal compliance.
- Before and After consumption program, machine planning & test report files which are kept in hand for quality & compliance audits.
