Visprox Pad and Screen Printing inks
JAYAVEDIK INCORP is proud to market Visprox products in India. We work very closely with our colleagues to bring you the latest and best products in Pad and Screen Printing Inks. We listen to our customers requirements and want to meet all your needs.
The product of Visprox, developed by Eptainks, is a mono or bi-component ink with glossy & semi-glossy finishs.
Visprox offers high quality inks in Standard Opacity, Extra Opacity, Pantone Color Matching System and Process Colors.
In addition, there is no need to carry multiple ink lines in stock to cover Apparel Industry. The popular UR3500 & UR2500 series covers most cotton, nylon, modal, polyester, linen, leather, and etc.
Visprox inks UR3500 & UR2500 have been certified by Eco Passport & Oeko tex. These variants of inks are only Padprint inks that have cleared ZDHC Level 3 tests till date.
An international standard that guarantees its use for sustainable textile production: for this reason UR3500 & UR2500 are the ideal choice for tagless printing on the fabric that will be directly in contact with the skin.
Visprox adhesion promoter is also available – Hardener n.2 – to ensure adhesion even on difficult substractes.
Salient features of our Inks & Auxiliaries
- Our extra opaque series inks are high in opacity compared to any other ink in the market today. They fulfill all ranges of RSL compliance.
- A separate Pantone ink mixing tool would be provided along with the inks for any Pantone reference.
- We provide separate cleaners for cleaning ink cups & clichés. This makes it cost effective.
- High durability and resistance against iron and washing processes.
- Our ink hardener ratio stand to 10:1
- We provide 100grams tubes in the hardener pack that protects against moisture and temperature, thus increasing the shelf life of the hardener unlike other hardeners in the market.
- We provide two varieties of thinners i.e. slow and medium, which can be used according to the change in our climatic conditions.
- Special Retarders are available for detailed and sharp designs which are used for achieving maximum results.

Clichés
- We carry the highest quality Clichés in differ materials in the industry. Our capabilities include plate cutting to any size and can also punch many OEM machine hole configurations.
- Alcohol washable Photo polymer plates: Short runs with high accuracy sharp finishes. ( Avg 25000 prints)
- Thin High Carbon Steel plates: 0 . 5 mm plates long runs. ( Avg 1 lac Prints)
- Thick Steel plates: 10 mm plates high volume long runs. ( Avg 2 lac Prints)
- Installation of Cliché making provisions in house is provided.
